The Role

The Campaign Executive will be working cross-functionally with specific show marketing teams to understand then develop, design and execute their campaigns using marketing automation tools and logic (triggers, dynamic content, etc.) and supporting tools such as Visio.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Monitoring of campaigns to make sure they are meeting agreed engagement and conversion goals
  • Providing insights to Marketing and Campaign Managers
  • Working with the Data and Analytics team: analysis and reporting on campaigns
  • Setting up the canvases and following best practices
  • Weekly check and regular support of the Campaign Associates
  • Support the awareness and engagement across the business
  • Ensuring that best practices in email deliverability and readability are applied

Skills & Experience

QUALITIES AND SKILLS:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in big team with multiple process streams in place
  • Understanding of importance of marketing data and how to work with it


WHAT WILL ADD WEIGHT TO YOUR APPLICATION:

  • Experience with Eloqua (or similar) and/or data segment building tool
  • Understanding of data segmentation and planning
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment, including DPA obligations
  • Customer journey mapping and knowledge of multi-channel campaigns
  • Enthusiastic attitude and desire for learning and personal development
  • Strong ability to interpret 2D and 3D plans
  • Basic knowledge of supplier products e.g. AV, IT, graphics etc
  • Happy to travel to exhibitions in different places around the world
