We’d like to celebrate our Reed Exhibitions Australia team! They took home a whole host of awards at the Exhibition & Event Association of Australasia (EEAA)'s 2018 Awards for Excellence! They were originally nominated 5 times over the two size categories for Best Consumer Show, as well as in categories for Best Association Event, Best Corporate Citizenship, Best Innovation in Tech, Best New Show, Most Outstanding Marketing Campaign, and Best Show Team. Tom McAlister & Rosie Mitchell from the team were also both up for the Richard Geddes Young Achiever Award. They won this year’s Best Show Award for Play World Australia and entered the hall of fame by winning Best Association Event with PAX Australia for three consecutive years. Located in Sydney, these guys run over 25 top shows each year for industries such as Fitness, Hair & Beauty, Pop Culture, Manufacturing, and Travel. Reed Exhibitions has around 4000 employees from all different walks of life in over 30 countries around the world. Today in Germany, we’re celebrating Nikolaustag – a Christmas tradition where on the 6th December, St. Nicholas travels from house to house to give out small gifts. This year, he’s accompanied out on the road by our helpers! The Marketing team for our viscom show are all dressed up to bring festive magic, cards and treats to our exhibitors as they get ready for the show in January.
